Style Eyes offer a wide range of sports sunglasses, ski and boarding goggles, designer sunglasses and accessories to suit your sport. Our eyewear ranges are designed for ski and snowboarding, watersports, on/off road cycling, running, motorcycling, BMX/motorcross and all extreme sports activities. We offer Bonehead, X-Loop, Oakley, The North Face, Von Zipper  and Birdz Eyewear at present and are always looking at new quality products at a great price.

All delivery is First Class Recorded "Signed For".

Quality
Our products are excellent quality relative to the recommended retail price. They are well-constructed, look good and will enhance your reputation, whether it be for sports or fashion.

Packaging
Most orders are sent in a Mail Lite bag or a small strong corrugated cardboard box which is then taped with parcel tape. Our tests and experience show that standard mail is a safe and secure way to send goods. We can ship in different packaging on request, although this may cost more.

Out of Stock, Availability and Back Orders
If a product you wish to purchase shows as out of stock, please email us. We can then advise on availability and any lead times. We receive new stock almost weekly and can usually get a product within 10 working days. Our stock is updated each morning (except Sunday). If for any reason we are unable to supply an order we will refund your money immediately.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected on the site where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. This means that if we get a price wrong, we have the right not to sell you the goods. We will never charge you extra.

Warranty, Loss, Damage and Exchanges
Warranty: Prior to shipping your order we conduct a quality inspection on all items against defects. All products sold are warranted to the original purchaser against any defect in material or workmanship for a period (see below) from the date of payment. No warranty for damage caused during delivery, by alteration, wear, misuse, abuse or accident is provided. Any product determined by the company to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced or a credit issued at our sole discretion after inspection. See Returns Process below for details.

Loss or Damage During Delivery: The Royal Mail provides cover for loss or damage up to £32 per package (not per item) for deliveries in the UK. Making a claim is your responsibility as the purchaser (the Royal mail will not allow the seller to make the claim), and we will support you with full proof of posting and copy invoice should you need to make a claim. You can obtain a claim form from your local Post Office.

Replacement / Exchange / Refund: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no quibble guarantee of your money back, a replacement or exchange. You are responsible for returning the products to us safely and for all costs associated with this. See Returns Process below for details.

Returns Process: For warranty and satisfaction guarantee claims the returns process must be followed otherwise the claim will be invalidated. A return request must be made within 4 days from receipt - you may e-mail us or telephone. The products must be received within 3 days of the return being authorised (5 days if outside the UK), giving a minimum total of 7 days. The products must be returned in perfect condition (unless defective) with the labels and sleeves included.

We are governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
